ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
Title: Keep the title concise (less than 20 words)
Authors: Please provide the names of authors and co-authors in the following format: Last name. First name initial (e.g. Hawking S.; Pasteur L. etc)
Abstract Provide an abstract of no more than 2000 characters (including spaces) of your research work in english.
We strongly recommend to:
Prepare your abstract in a text document/ text editor and copy-paste once your final version is ready to be submitted in the abstract submission page.
Proofread and correct your abstract before finalizing your abstract submission.
You can submit your abstract either for a TALK or POSTER
TALK: 10 minutes presentation + 5 minutes of questions. We accept Powerpoint, Keynote and PDF formats (brought on USB key to organizing team before the talk session begins).
TALK sessions abstracts will be evaluated by a panel of experts. Top ranked abstracts will be selected for a TALK. We will give the opportunity to the non-selected abstracts to present a FLASHTALK and a POSTER. The Flashtalk should to promote the associated Poster. Make sure to select the option during the submission. FLASHTALKS: 3 mins of presentation + 2 mins of questions. Please prepare a single slide in PDF format and send it to us in advance at contact.yrls@gmail.com specifying the term [Flashtalk] with your FULL NAME and the session number on the subject line.
POSTER: A0 Format (84 cm length by 118 cm height). Check your panel number and hang the poster in the morning as soon as possible (strap and pins provided).
In the case of duplicate registrations/abstract submissions, only the latest version will be considered. Abstracts are evaluated and graded anonymously based on the clarity, originality, impact and scientific results of the research work by a panel of judges.

For the 2023 edition, each day is represented by a theme covering various disciplines in life sciences as follows:

DAY 3: Identifying Dangers and Escaping the Pursuit

EVALUATION AND PRIZES:
Prizes for TALK and POSTER will be awarded based on evaluations and grading by a panel of judges (consisting of PIs, senior and junior researchers and post-docs).
TALKS are evaluated based on:
Scientific content: Results, originality and response to questions
Presentation skills: Quality, clarity and punctuality
POSTERSare evaluated based on:
Scientific content: Results, originality and response to questions
Presentation skills: Quality, clarity, legibility
REFUND of registration fees will not be possible after the deadline for abstract submission.
