Stephane Lemarie is a leader of The Synthetic and Systems Biology of Microalgae research group at Sorbonne Universite. His team strives to answer fundamental questions using new approaches and concepts to create artificial systems with biotechnological and industrial applications. In addition to that, Lemaire is the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-founder of Biomemory. His innovative company creates a green solution to the major challenge of the storage of digital data by developing DNA Drives to store data for large corporates and administrations.
