Guidelines

Guidelines for oral presentations

Talk : 10 minutes of presentation followed by 5 minutes of questions

Presentation format : PowerPoint, Keynote or PDF

Presentation files should be brought on a USB key and given to the organizing team at least 30 minutes before the beginning of the talk session.


Guidelines for poster presentations

Panel number : in order to know when and where to put your poster, don’t forget to check here for your panel number!

 


Evaluation Criteria

Oral presentations:

  • Quality of the presentation, ability to reach a general audience, scientific results
  • Originality of the experimental approach
  • Layout and clarity of the PowerPoint presentation
  • Time keeping
  • Answering questions

Poster presentations:

  • Readability and clarity of the layout
  • Oral presentation and answering questins
  • Scientific results
  • Originality of the experimental approach

Evaluation of posters and talks

Prizes for the best talks and posters will be determined by our judging panels, which will be composed of:

For talks : the session chair and two senior researchers

For posters : one senior researcher and one junior researcher
