I want to present at YRLS 2020. Do I need to register before the abstract submission deadline?
Yes, only full registrations including payment are taken into account for abstract selection.


I need an invitation letter to apply for a visa to come to the conference. What should I do?
Please send an email to the organizers (contact.yrls@gmail.com) and include the following information: Full name, personal address, and date of birth.


I had registered but I can’t make it to the conference now. Will I get a refund?
We will process refunds only until the abstract registration deadline (April 24th, 2020). After this date, your registration payment is non-refundable.


I need an invoice and certificate of attendance. Where can I get one?
You will receive an official invoice and certificate in your welcome kit that will be available at the registration desk at the conference venue.


I’m an international participant. Is it easy to find accommodation around the conference venue?

When will the results of the travel grants be available?
Participants who had applied for travel grants will be notified approximately one month before the conference.


When will I receive the travel grant money?
Travel grants are paid only after confirmation of your attendance and travel documents (boarding pass, flight tickets etc.). Full instructions about the required information will be sent to grant recipients.


What is the approximate estimate of the travel grants?
The travel grants are roughly the price of a plane or train ticket.


I will present a poster at YRLS. When should I bring my poster?
You will be presenting your poster only on the day of your session. No need to bring your poster on the other days.


I would like to attend YRLS, but I do not have any data to present. Can I still participate?
Yes, you are most welcome to participate for attendance only.
